Descartes and SAPIO Research surveyed 8,000 consumers in Europe and North America to understand ecommerce buyer behaviour, gaining a comprehensive view of the state of ecommerce and home delivery performance. The study has taken place annually since 2022.
This year's study found that, while 39% of respondents had increased their purchases, 67% encountered an issue with delivery and that 63% took some kind of negative action against the retailer or delivery business.
