Accurate predictive delivery ETAs
Relay delivery times to customers in the knowledge they are accurate and achievable. ETA’s are updated should the route be changed for any reason and available on screen for dispatchers to see.
Routes sent to drivers' mobile devices
Delivery schedules are sent to drivers’ mobile devices at the start of their working day. Updates and reroutes are sent as they happen, while turn-by-turn routes can be sent to the satellite navigation (satnav) device used.
Message drivers
Route and delivery updates are automatically sent to a driver’s mobile device while dispatchers can also send messages, eliminating the need for telephone calls to the driver.
Turn-by-turn routes
Vehicle locations and routes are visible to the dispatcher on-screen turn-by-turn at street level. Turn-by-turn directions can also be sent to the driver’s satnav device to ensure an exact route is followed.
