With Highways England announcing £218m of improvements in the East of England, how can you ensure your drivers don’t get delayed in roadworks?

More than 100 road schemes in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire will be affected with improvement roadworks during the next 12 months on the M11 motorway, A1, A14, A12 and A47.

Work starts in July with the A12 between junctions 15-18, followed by the A14 junction 39 (Higham) and Junction 42(Westly) with resurfacing.

Further investment by Highway’s England will include major dualling and widening schemes on the A47 and A12 which will take place over the next 2-3 years.
