Descartes rolled out and implemented a routing solution for Sears Holdings to 106 hubs in 6 months. Sears route planners now have a 14 day look ahead of delivery bookings, vehicle usage and routes. Customer service has improved with more acurate data being available to inform customers about their deliveries.

Sears was driven by the goal of creating a "WOW" home delivery service for their customers.
